  Counter help was....less than. Knowledgeable. She needed more inventory training. However male counter help was helpful but not quite wanting/willing to help until we pushed. Hours are great!

  Wow. Mason went above and beyond to help me with all my questions about my car. He came outside, did the plug in thing, told me some tips I could try to prevent my check engine light from coming on, then he found me a $9 air filter (way more at the oil change place), I purchased it, and then he INSTALLED it for me! Couldn't be more happy about this place. Thank you, Mason, for all you do. You have a true talent, you are so helpful and knowledgeable about all the aspects of your job. It's no wonder why you're a manager there, but I'm also hoping you get a raise soon as well!!! They are lucky to have you there☺

  I'm not sure how this place has received 4 stars. Clearly my experience here has been very different from other people's. I've been to this store 2 times and they've been very unfriendly both times. A complete lack of customer service. A friend of mine also had a negative experience there so I know these are not isolated incidents. I'd recommend going elsewhere as I will be in the future.
